Paul A. Slagle | Senior Pastor
Pastor Paul and Maelee Slagle have been serving in full time ministry for most of their 13 years of marriage. Pastor Paul is home grown and was raised here at Charity. Maelee was raised in OKC,OK which happens to be where they met while attending Master’s Commission; a ministry training school. Their passion is to see the local church be healthy so that it can fully accomplish the assignments given by Jesus. They believe a healthy church is an influential church that is touching lives for kingdom impact. Paul and Maelee have two sons, Max 11 and Charlie 9.

David J. Gibson | Senior Pastor
Pastor David has been in the ministry since 1971. He has done
missionary work and various mission projects in Africa, Russia, Mexico,
Peru and other parts of the world. Working closely by his side is his wife Nina. She has always been involved in the details of ministry as his partner. David and Nina believe you can enjoy life in the ministry and have lots of fun doing it!
They have two children, Justin, who is married to Ami, and a daughter Nickia, but they are the MOST proud Grandparents of Brock, Brody and Hattie.

Jocklene Zweifel | Worship Pastor
While pursuing a Music Education degree at Anderson University,
Jocklene was called into music ministry here at Charity. She has directed the choir since 1990, and became worship pastor in 1993 while continuing to work full time in the airline industry for 12 years. In 1998, God brought Mark into her life and they have now been married for11 years and have been bountifully blessed with two amazing children, Ian and Nia. In 2001, Jocklene left her job with the airline and now dedicates her full devotion to her family and to leading others into His presence through worship discipleship.
Tim Eaker | Co-Associate Pastor
Tim grew up at Charity. He has talents galore! He does a little
bit of everything around the church. But his heart is on the mission field. He has lived in Jamaica and China, and spread the Gospel in Peru, Africa, and numerous other places. Tim’s genuine heart for people shines in the excellence he gives everywhere he goes. Tim is one of the most humble and sincere servants of God you will ever come in contact with.

Valerie Saum | Children’s Pastor &
Director of Video & Media Ministries
Valerie comes from an evangelistic family. She traveled with her
family in children’s ministry as a part of Captain Hook Ministries. Valerie then went on to work with children in Uganda,
Africa. She has called Charity her home church since 1991 and been on staff since 2004.
